Because of that, the Government forbite it to have a third child.They make it illegal to have one.The Governmentl want to kill the third childs from every family, to solve the probleme, so that no one is going to starve anymore.There are already 300 dead third childs.Many families are sadabout that but the government thinks thats the only solution.
